I needed an internal battery changed on my notebook. No way I could do it. I asked if he could do this. He looked at the notebook and said yes. I had a new battery, not an original HP but a compatible battery. He recommended an HP because mine might fail in the near future. I asked him to change the battery anyway. He said yes. Took him about 15 minutes. I now have a notebook I can put in my lap . Excellent! Very reasonable price.

I found out about this place because of my parents. They referred him to me. He was responsive over the phone, and it was easy making reservations through their website, which only popped up on my phones internet. Just pick a slot and easy peasy. It's not hard to find as well. What was a bit confusing is that the store sells korean beauty products as well. You can browse around and window shop while you're waiting for the repairs to be done.

My macbook wasn't working properly, and the owner took his time and fixed it for me. He really looked like he wanted to make sure everything is working properly and checked everything for me. Great customer service, thank you!
