From the moment I walked in to have my glasses adjusted to completing my transaction purchasing a new pair of eyeglasses, each person I dealt with was informative and helpful. I look forward to picking up the glasses and wearing them. My only observation is there needs to be some more variety of women's frames (many were small in lense size and too rectangular. Also like frames with adjustable nose pieces.
Overall, happy with what I chose and the assistance from the staff.
They were very polite and respectful, very attentive and answer all my questions.the staff was very informative and helpful. Been going little neck visionwork for years and the experience there is great.
Vision Works in Little Neck, NY is the best Vision Works center I've had the pleasure of dealing with. The staff truly cares about their customers' experience and satisfaction.
From appointment scheduling, reception help, eye exam by the doctor, to ordering my glasses, my experience was a positive one.
Dr. Kim was knowledgeable and accommodating to my vision needs and Adam made sure I got the frames I wanted (even going through boxes to find them!)
There is no "hard sell" for extras, they just want you to have what you need and want.
