Ralph is everything you want in a contractor: prompt, polite, organized, detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and a clear communicator. We worked with his team to renovate our bathroom under a tight timeline and they delivered an outstanding result. NYC-area contractors are a bit of a mixed bag but I would highly recommend Dancoby to anyone.

"OH MY GOD!" Those are the three words you will say once you complete a home renovation with Ralph and his team. Ralph is a truly dependable professional, who is extremely knowledgeable and someone you can count on to get the job DONE. We hired Ralph to do a complete gut renovation of our condo in Brooklyn. He removed and renovated the entire kitchen, two bathrooms, put in a brand-new ceiling with beautiful recessed lighting, built closets, put in new wooden floors, baseboards, doors, hardware etc. You will not believe the before and after pictures. He recently renovated my (2) bathrooms in a very old, walk-up building in Brooklyn and the result is just jaw-dropping stunning despite the challenges he had to face due to the old building! On top of the great result, what makes him really great is how he communicates during the process.
