Ralph is everything you want in a contractor: prompt, polite, organized, detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and a clear communicator. We worked with his team to renovate our bathroom under a tight timeline and they delivered an outstanding result. NYC-area contractors are a bit of a mixed bag but I would highly recommend Dancoby to anyone.

"OH MY GOD!" Those are the three words you will say once you complete a home renovation with Ralph and his team. Ralph is a truly dependable professional, who is extremely knowledgeable and someone you can count on to get the job DONE. We hired Ralph to do a complete gut renovation of our condo in Brooklyn. He removed and renovated the entire kitchen, two bathrooms, put in a brand-new ceiling with beautiful recessed lighting, built closets, put in new wooden floors, baseboards, doors, hardware etc. You will not believe the before and after pictures. We are perfectionists by nature, and we felt Ralph understood our needs and wants. Boy did he deliver! From beginning to end, Ralph was amazing to work with. His team did their work carefully and well. They did not rush; they did not cut corners. They were always extremely friendly. Best of all, they stayed on the agreed timeline! Ralph is very communicative and gives helpful advice throughout the entire renovation process. The end product was beyond our expectations. They did not miss a corner or edge; they did not miss a beat. When you hire Ralph, you know you will get the very best result. We highly recommend he and his amazing team. If anyone reading this review is looking for a superb, reliable, amazing contractor, Ralph is the one you're looking for - contact him now. 5 stars are honestly not enough, I wish I can give him 5 billion stars. He recently renovated my (2) bathrooms in a very old, walk-up building in Brooklyn and the result is just jaw-dropping stunning despite the challenges he had to face due to the old building! On top of the great result, what makes him really great is how he communicates during the process. I have heard so many people suffering from headaches when renovating but that was so not the case for me. He made every step of the process very easy, very pleasurable. He also has hawk eyes for every single detail! I am not an easy person to impress but the professionalism of Ralph impressed me every second and I cannot appreciate it enough. I can assure Ralph is the best and I am definitely going to recommend him to all of my family, friends, and friends of friends.
