I ❤️ Crunch. I have been a member at Crunch Rochdale for 4 years. I decided to write a review today because as a gym usually ages it sometimes can decline. However, Crunch Rochdale has always remained consistent. The gym floor is clean, the locker room is clean, the machines are clean and the variety of classes are always top notch especially HIIT. The biggest plus for me is the staff who always acknowledges me - it definetely

Pretty okay gym by Crunch status. It's in a not so safe area of NYC, but it fit the need to be active, on a rainy day. It's on the entire second floor of a former very popular strip mall. You can take three flights of stairs (get that heart rate up), or the elevator (which I took down due to it being leg day). The person who greeted me was super nice, showed me how to use the check in (it's a device you tap to check in, whereas my local gym is a scan a barcode type of check in).
