First time there, made a last minute appt. Camilla was my nail technician. She gave me exactly what I asked for. The salon is very clean and the staff is very kind and professional.

UPDATE 03/20/2024: the owner reached out to me and explained the situation. They were very apologetic. I definetly do plan on returning as they are generally very on top of their appointments and nails.I usually love going here but today I was disappointed. I had made an appointment weeks in advance and had to wait over 30 minutes. Even after 30 minutes, I was just moved to another chair to wait some more. At this point, I just left. There was a lady who had walked in after me and she had the same appointment as me, but was seen prior to me. Sticking to my original salon! If anyone needs a salon, go see Alex at colorful nails in whitestone by christinas deli.

Usually when I come here I have a good experience however the tech I had today “Jessie” cut my cuticles with the metal spin buffer, and then when I was moving my fingers in pain she kept pushing my other fingers out of the way like she was angry and didn’t want to be there doing my nails. My pedicure was done by someone else who did a nice job, but when you pay 43 for powder gel it should be a nice experience not have hurting cut cuticlesUpon returning to color me nail to give them another chance I had a nice experience with Ace she was so nice and did a beautiful job on a French powder gel, they are very accommodating and I will return again.
