I am very happy of the service of this place. I went to the 81st branch. The doctor is nice and took time to explain to me the importance of caring for my eyes. The customer service is good also. I do give a big appreciation for Jennifer on making it possible for me to have my eyeglasses rushed as I have an exam coming. She helped me choose a nice frame and explained the breakdown of what was covered and un-covered with regard to the insurance (Which I needed because I am a student). Among everything, all of the staff were very accommodating and I just had to leave a good review.

I completely forgot to confirm my contact less order. I went in and they assisted me right away. I even asked for an extra pair of trails and they accommodated me right away. Great customer service.

The doctor and the staff are all excellent, very friendly, helpful and informative. I got my new glasses in less than a week for a great price as well as contacts. They can't be beat, I love my new glasses and contacts and look forward to continuing business with them!
