The broker who assisted us (Ana) was amazing. Unlike our experience with other brokers, she showed up on time, was always prepared for the meeting, engaged with everyone at the showings (wasn’t on her phone or distracted), and quickly responded to messages. We were new to the experience of renting/buying in NYC and she made it a Breeze. I highly recommend.
