I needed a new pair of frames and this place is close by. I walked in picked a pair compatible with my insurance and received my new glasses within a week. The process was super simple and fast and I wasn't pushed into getting an exam or anything.

I have gone to cheaper peepers for many many years and always satisfied with my glasses. Now ,I must convey A message to all those reading this review. I now live in Manhattan and went back to Queens to get glasses. I needed them quickly before I leave the country , Monday. The owner made a special trip into Manhattan from Long Island to get my glasses to me so I would have them in time. What an incredible person this owner is. What great value , great selection and service. I am truly grateful, and recommend cheaper peepers.

RUN! Don’t step foot into this place!!! I decided to get my frames and lenses from them, it has been over a month and they keep saying “Its coming - it’s in the lab - just be patient." They tell you they will check in with the lab and call you back in 10 - 20 minutes but they just say that to get you off the phone and never call back. Save yourself time and a headache and go somewhere else.
