Brad answered all my questions over the phone and assured me that Alex would come to assess the situation the next morning. Alex was prompt and professional. I really appreciate how they encouraged me to look over my homeowners insurance policy to check if I have coverage for this and sure enough I did! I wasn't in the headspace to think to do that, so I'm glad they prompted me to do so. Their crew showed up within a few hours and extracted all the water/sewage, separated all my belongings into contaminated vs not contaminated, disinfected the floor & items that could be salvaged, cut away the bottom 2 feet of the drywall, and discarded all that was damaged.
