I had issues with a product 3 years after I purchased it from a third party retailer, and I contacted Blossom about the issue. They were amazing, and replaced the items free of charge! When I was having another issue with one of the new items they sent, they patiently walked me through the issue to troubleshoot it, and we realized it was user error ? It’s not often I’m so impressed with a company I leave a review, but when one is deserved it’s deserved!
Ordered the Blossom lighted 42 inch cabinet. It was very good quality and the shipping was awesome. We had tried other brands that arrived broken. The OFF light on the middle door would not turn off. Blossom sent us a new door immediately. Great customer service.
