This stylist was unprofessional and tried to upswell me %200 for a service advertised at $85. I came in eager for a long overdue trim after the pandemic and having a baby. I have very curly 3C curls but a finer density. The woman of Bien Curls immediately told me that everything would cost $285 without discussing what the end result would be. She says I would NEED to pay an extra $65 for a treatment. I told her I just wanted the cut and I would let it dry or style at home because I was just sneaking out on a Saturday morning but had to get back to my small kids. Never in your life go to this place … Irene..she just charged my mom $250 dollars. (Short hair like a man’s cut) for highlights .. they day before my mom walked in there and she said she will charge $85 and today after she left she asked for $250, im furious because my mom paid her and she didnt call me before!! She clearly took advantage that my mom doesnt speak english and she is an older person!! I called her and she didnt have any arguments besides i didnt do your hair, i dnt have to explain to you !!
