I bought a pair of glasses from this location ages ago and when the frame suddenly got some damage I called in and asked if they could help me out. They absolutely pulled through on fixing the damage in a timely manner and I'm planning on getting another set from them soon.
Service here is impeccable. I've now bought two frames here after accidently breaking my 1st one and Steve as always helped me pick out new frames while being incredibly patient, but here's the best part, I requested if he could get me new lenses ready the same day as i wouldnt be able to come back until a few days later, to which he said yes, I realized I wasn't going to able to make it before closing hours, he PERSONALLY brought them to my house after closing hours. What a guy. A funny one too. Appreciate Big Dawg. The Best.
