We have been receiving HVAC services from them for years. They techs are always pleasant and professional. They arrive to appointments on time and communicate every step of the way. Our only complaint is the attitude my associate received from Miss Jessica. Very abrupt and harsh. Don’t know if she was having a bad day, but clearly wasn’t our fault. I felt so bad for my co-worker. Not a good first impression for her second week with us.

i have used BP Group's services for many years. I have received the same technician that I request; not to imply that all their technicians aren't competent its just my preference. The professionalism and courtesy is .incomparable. From the initial contact to the completion of the service call I feel comfortable and confident. Technicians have always arrived on time and estimated time for completion of work has always been punctual and efficient. I have and do recommend BP Group to all in needs of HVAC services.
