My brother recommended me to use this company for pest control. I've called Affordable NYC Exterminators, and spoke to mister Hernandez from the company. He spoke to me about the ways how we can get rid of my problems through a non toxic or a toxic treatment, which I find that to be very professional, other companies I used don't even ask that, and he ask if anyone in my house have any asthma or any other medical issues, and he ask about kids or pets being in the house. We worked with Luis to resolve our pest problem. He was very professional, helpful, and accommodating. His attention to detail while cleaning was very thorough. Post-service, he was extremely helpful answering any questions. I would highly recommend Luis and this company!

Highly recommend them! I had an issue with mice and the inspection of my unit was extremely thorough, and they really took their time figuring out where the problem was coming from instead of just laying traps and addressing only the symptoms.
