Great office with great customer service all around. Reason why they’re given nearly 5 stars. Barely any bad wait time & excellent staff for example like Lucy the upmost best you’ll come across
I’m a new patient and have only gone once. The location is convenient but parking is difficult to find. The office is bright with enough seating. The front desk staff is blah..they can stand to be a little more polite..smiles, kindness and professionalism is what I expect when going to any doctor appointment. The wait time to see the doctor was fairly short.. but the wait time after the appointment to receive my referrals took way too long, and it seemed like a lack of communication on behalf of the front desk and back office staff. However, Dr. Dolgovina is the complete opposite of her front desk staff..she listens and is ready to get to the bottom of the issue. I... read full review
Dr. Dogavna is everything a doctor should be. She’s not only an amazing doctor words just can describe my gratitude my whole life I struggle through school until I got diagnosed with ADHD at 40 years old Thanks My angel ??❤️
