Amazing customer service, quality work I used Advanced Pest Management in my home recently and when I called I spoke to the customer service representative, Lisa. I have to say that of the few pest control companies I called, Lisa was so professional and caring and really listened to my issues and didn’t rush me. She made me feel at ease and explained in detail the service. I chose Advanced because of her. She even followed up with me the day after I was serviced. The technician Jose who came was so thorough. I give Advanced 5 stars. I will refer them to my friends .

Lindell Spence took care of my wasps nest issue in my front yard bush IMMEDIATELY. I texted Advance Pest Solutions at the wee hours of 3:00 or 4:00 a.m. He responded not much later confirming receipt of my text and said he would connect with me later in the day. He kept his word, called later that afternoon; came to my home to assess the issue, and returned later that evening to remove the nest when there was less activity. Prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and great customer service using environmentally-safe products (good for animals) to get the job done. Well done and reasonably priced. I HIGHLY recommend Advance Pest Solutions.
