I wanted to have 3 keys copied for my apartment and they did all 3. The last one was quite difficult for them to copy, but they were very determined to make sure I leave with all 3 keys copied and even told me to come back if the keys didn’t work. Needless to say they were very kind and so helpful!!

Cut two keys cut and they gave me a third free. All keys work perfectly. Cost was $17 which is a tad pricey for two keys but was happy that the keys all worked fine. Process at the booth was simple to use.

Ability to make keys suddenly on a Sunday was fantastic. Keys worked fine. Would have been even better if 'dull key edges' option had been explained better (I would have bought it, knowing now how sharp the keys are without it), or if mailbox key it could make immediately in its kiosk too (this one was out-of-stock of it). Still the kiosk came through when I was in a pinch.
