I wish I could give zero stars! I ordered flowers for a family's member funeral. They were supposed to be delivered by noon. I was on the phone with different customer service representatives at 3 p.m.asking for a supervisor and all they could offer was a refund which they provided. They couldn't contact the florist would not say what florist dispatched the order only that it was from fresh meadows. Obviously it was a funeral and I was extremely emotional. They ordered arrived much smaller than the order I placed and I spent $7.99 on a card and they typed out a message. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!! Buyer Beware!!!!

I sent 100 dollar flowers ON and FOR Mother’s Day and they were never received. I only found out when I had called my mother at the end of the day, the email had said it was delivered when it was not. My personalized message with my photo and personal information was lost. When asked to where they had no idea, so to a random stranger which sickens me, a serious liability for the company. When discussed with customer service a resolution was promised and when reviewing never resolved. I was place on a 30 minute hold at one point. I would never recommend this company.

This place is a scam. Buyer beware. I ordered a bouquet for my fiance on Valentine’s Day but they never delivered it. They won’t pick up when I call either. I’ve been calling for 3 days. Will be doing a chargeback.
