Lance Dorfi and his staff were very professional and polite. They explained in detail how the fan and pipes were going to be installed and they were very respectful of my property. They went above and beyond the scope of work and I am very pleased with the result. My radon levels are now below the EPA’s recommendation, so I am happy to know the fan is working and the installation was done properly and up to code. I called 2 other companies who came to my property but no one followed up, except for Lance Dorfi. I definitely recommend this company. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
