This is the 2nd time I have leaned upon Tim and his compassionate staff for funeral services. The attention to detail is unmatched. Most important, was how comfortable Tim made us feel as we requested to have our family bring the urn and the Flag to the church ourselves. His respect for helping to coordinate Navy military honors, as per my Dads wishes, included ensuring that we were respectful of both the Flag and the Honor Guards themselves. When my grandmother passed, and I was grieving I decided to use the same funeral home that my family had used in the past. I was aware that some recent online reviews were not good, but I felt confident after talking to Tim. From embalming my grandmother, handling the wake with our very chinese customs to hiring overtime workers at the cemetary Tim did his best to make things go smoothly and make my family happy. To my surprise after a couple weeks had passed I received a small refund adjustment. He is an honest business man who will take the time and effort to make a client happy.
