After a home disaster all you want is someone to come in and make it all go away. ServPro was able to do that for me. I was third party so after the initial estimate it was a day or so and then they showed up in force to mitigate my salt water mess. They removed damaged baseboard and rug pads, mold proofed everything then set up fans and dehumidifiers to dry the whole thing. Everything ran for three days. I would like to share the positive experience we had with Servpro from start to finish.
- Clean up /mitigation - The young man who came to check on the fans/flooring/walls drying was professional and answered all questions patiently and clearly.
- The pack out was done quickly, everything was wrapped nicely and nothing was broken. I was pleasantly surprised as I opened the boxes to unpack and found all breakables so nicely wrapped.
