    Service man Matthew was great. Customer Service is horrible. You cannot speak with a human. It is all computers. You cannot ask questions! I have a balance $$ that I am suppose to receive but I cannot speak with a person. You only speak with a person (cannot speak English ) on your initial call. Very unhappy with customer service

    Matthew is a repeat service agent for my appliances, and he is always professional, charming and knowledgeable. He fixes the problem(s), giving advice on how to keep things going at their best. This man is a keeper!

    Jermaine was the only reason that my experience went well. I was waiting for parts and my emails from Sears kept saying they were delivered, i never got it, so i had to reschedule, again i was notified parts in, when Jermaine called to tell me he was on his way i told him i did not receive my parts, he knew i was upset i didnt have a refridgerator for a month, he himself and went back to the warehouse. My parts were delivered there with my name not his, he picked them up, called me he was on his way to me. Thank god for Jermaine and his perserverance to locate my refridgerator parts, he deserves acknowledgment and commandation. Thank you Jermaine!!
