I took my daughter here to tailor her uniforms for school. They did such an amazing job!! I was cautious because of the reviews but the store manager John was so nice. I had to call first I couldn't find it. It's right across the street from Rite Aid. He had one of our uniforms ready in two days!!! She needed it for the opening ceremony he had it ready! Please don't listen to these old reviews, go for yourself and see things must have changed because we received exceptional service from here.

I needed a pair of pants tailored, and of course waited until the last minute to get them done. I brought them to Red Cap on Monday night, and the very nice and helpful employee assured me they'd be done by Wednesday afternoon, when I needed them. They were done even earlier then expected. The staff is friendly, helpful and very accommodating. I definitely highly recommend Red Cap!
