I had a great experience working with Michael Torchia. He was honest, knowledgable, and helped us figure out our complicated tax returns last minute when we had to switch CPAs. Communication was excellent not only from Michael but across the whole team and main office!

As a business owner myself I wanted to personally leave a note here congratulating RBT for the manner in which they conduct business including but not limited to the cordial candor of the different folks who answer the phone when I call. They always say “thank you for calling” and are extremely polite. This means a lot to me and to my company as this isn’t an attribute often displayed at business’s when communication is had. This tells me that the owner’s are doing it right, and in turn this trickles down to the folks who work at RBT. Kudos to them for that!
