I came here to get some blood work done. The staff was probably the friendliest I've ever met. They never once made me feel weird and even though I'm afraid of needles, they were able to get it done without much fuss. Far and away better than Quest Diagnostics. I don't really want to go anywhere else, now... lol

I was kind of nervous coming here after seeing the low rating, but I guess sometimes people only review stuff like doctor's offices if things go awfully wrong. I had a great experience at this Planned Parenthood location today. The staff is so kind and helpful, from the receptionist to the nurse to the nurse practitioner. I was in and out in an hour and 10 minutes. I never had to wait for more than 15 minutes between waiting in the waiting room to get called back and waiting in the exam room for the np. Also, everyone here really knew their stuff, and had so many resources to offer to help with whatever I could need! It was great.

I made an appointment for a Tuesday at 1PM. I was asked to fill out one small piece of paper upon my arrival but then 30 minutes later a longer set of papers to update all of my information. Okay fine. However it was 2:10 when they finally called my name for my scheduled appointment at 1PM and I had to leave for work at 2:30. Anyways, when I spoke to the woman at the front desk I was told someone would be with me when they were ready but that an hour was a normal wait time. LOL. Why? The excuse was that they were double booked and only had four rooms available. However people who were present after me were called in before me. If they know they have two providers in and are double booking appointments they are setting themselves, and patients, up for failure. Book only for appointments you can accommodate. I don't know why that's rocket science. Not pleased. However my provider was much better. She was friendly and professional.
