Couldn't possibly recommend Pestech less. Between their horrible procedure for scheduling appointments — they choose the date for you and don't tell you (beyond an online portal you have to manually check) — and the fact that they don't read online messages to re-schedule appointments OR pick up their phones, I've been endlessly annoyed. You're essentially locked into a 1-year contract when you first get service, and for $125/visit for a lazy technician to come out, hardly check anything or record any findings, and otherwise just complete services that I could fully do myself, it's entirely not worth it. Usually good but this year awful. Two weeks in a row out technician is a no show and the worst part is no one answers their phone and you cannot leave a message. Will have to cancel our service and look elsewhere. Very disappointed in PestechServices: Termite extermination

The technician who came out to my property the first time, Joseph, is great. Unfortunately, the customer service when you call the company is very disappointing. I have called multiple times to schedule appointments over the last few months, but more often than not the call ends up getting sent to voicemail and then the message says that the mailbox is full. It takes weeks to get someone to my house, and usually involves multiple phone calls. They tell you that they will come back to your property and guarantee that they will solve your pest problem, but what they don't tell you is that it takes them weeks and weeks to schedule appointments.
