We needed a rapid response if possible since we needed to leave town. Rohde was able to expedite having someone come by on a Saturday morning, and the technician who came by was extremely gracious and competent. He had foot covers to protect his shoes as he came in, was able to rapidly perform trouble-shooting and explain the situation to us, and came up with a smart and inexpensive approach to making a fix.
