SVEN is the most thorough and detailed inspector we have worked with in years. He is professional and knowledgeable in his expertise who takes his time and goes above and beyond than other inspectors we have worked with. He provides the report with photos and details that you need to make a sound decision. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed. His service speaks in volumes and you get what you pay for, period.

Sven and Galina are fantastic to work with. As a first time buyer, they immediately put me at ease as they worked through the inspection, and were extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and patient in answering any and every question I had. The report they produced was phenomenal, no corner was left unchecked, and the tool they provide to help group maintenance/repairs by category is extremely useful for buyers to have and refer back to once moved in.
