If I can give them a - 10 star I would. I had an appt. Right time and day and i work downtown Manhattan and took a day off for my hair. When I get there 10 min before my appt. The stylist in the first chair was RUDE and NASTY and tells me I don't have an appt. and that the lady who I made my appt. wiith in person on saturday for a Friday doesn't know anyone that works on a weekday. She doesn't apologize or offer to squeeze me in or even explain nicely there was a mix up. Instead she argues and tells me oh well too bad. I WILL DEFINITELY tell everyone I know never to go there. Just a rude miserable woman she was and no customer service etiquette at all.... read full review

As a busy full time working mom, I rarely have time to make a hair appointment, so I was looking forward to treating myself. After waking up early from a night shift, arrived to be told I was late and the stylist I was supposed to sit with was gone. I know I had the right name and time in my calendar. No apology, no offer to fit me in. Thankfully I went as a walk in to a salon nearby and had the best haircut of my life, so I guess I should thank them (:
