What a great experience! Staff were kind and took their time to explain everything. No wait time. The dentist was thorough and equally nice as was the hygienist. Best dental practice I have been to in the Hudson Valley.
Reception was less than professional. I was FORCED to sign an insurance waiver claiming it was the insurance requirement which was a falsehood. I’ve had this insurance for years and have NEVER been forced to sign a waiver. My issue is the outright lie that was a requirement then proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t tell me the cost nor would my child be seen if I didn’t sign. I did not appreciate being bullied into signing a blank waiver that later they can fill in and expect me to pay. I’m a single mom struggling. I pay into my insurance yet this practice is trying to get me to pay outside of my insurance with falsehoods. It’s fraudulent and not customer... read full review
Dr. Kasparas Vilimas is simply amazing. As for the dental staff and office staff, they are ALL amazing as well. I would like to personally thank Dr. Kasparas Vilimas and each of the dental team and office staff since they helped make me feel special and like I was the only person in the dentist office. Additionally, they made each visit a pleasant one, which I have never experienced in a dentist's office in the past.
