It was really hard to make an appointment. I called them so many times (Tuesday, Oct 3) but nobody picked up. I made an appointment through the Facebook and left a note that I’d like them to call me back to discuss the details. A day later I get a call back and we discussed everything. A person on the phone seemed nice and polite. We agreed for the appointment on Saturday (Oct 7th) at 9 am.It supposed to be a birthday present for my boyfriend’s father. We came to Poughkeepsie all the way from NYC to make this birthday present happened. The guys were extremely accommodating and helped me get my car done quick. They took their time and got everything soooo clean. Smoker who wanted car spotless for new baby coming. I did the disaster clean. Prices are very good you get what you pay for, & their prices are good for the expertise quality detailing they do. The headliners are spotless, I thought the light color was done with & I’d have to live with it!! I couldn’t of been happier with the customer service, updates & communication, their attention to detail, and just how sweet they both were!!You can tell they take pride and their work and love to make their customers happy. They do outstanding work!! I called last minute and they were able to fit me in, came on time and made my car look brand new!! I highly recommend them to anyone who asks me where they should go!Services: Full body wash
