Dr Derek Vuong was very thorough professional and accurate he did not rush me through the exam took proper time and consideration to my age and disability and did not flip the screens one or two very fast make sure I had the best refraction done I have
met several opticians in my life but without any hesitation he's the best I would recommend him without any hesitation I can tell this with the highest confidence because I too am a professional with a doctorate degree and I'm a licensed in New York State
First the doctor was amazing and super attentive, she listened to my concerns and gave me her best recommendation for my prescription. Two the gentleman who assisted me with ordering my frames and contact was also very kind and patient. The person who greeted me and checked me into the appointment was also very nice. Overall I would recommend my vision center to anyone needing glasses.
This was my first time as a patient. After my brother suggested this place I decided to give it a try. Just as he said, everyone from the front desk, to the doctor, to when I checked out, was such a pleasant experience. I see an Ophthalmologist as well and was glad to find out Dr. Cohen knows what to look for in a routine eye exam and explained my condition more in depth. I’m appreciative of this! Bobby was great when picking glasses and went over what was covered under my insurance and what was extra at what cost.
