    Had an appointment, they never showed. I texted them, they said they would need to reschedule for later in the same week. They then never responded for over a week to texts or phone calls.

    they came to fix plumbing on my pool valve, which they did replace but now it doesn't work and I can't get them to respond or come back and fix it. will definitely not be using them again
