American Heating & Cooling recently installed 8 mini-splits and an electric water heater in our mid-Century home. We are completely off oil now! The units are incredibly efficient, quiet, and sleek. Bryan and his team went to great lengths to ensure that the units were placed in just the right spots of our home for the best cooling/heating outcome. And, something that we are very grateful for, is the placement of the outdoor systems as they had to get pretty creative to have them located on the back and side of our home so that, aesthetically, the front of our home remained unchanged. Newly installed two-zone heating and cooling system that is working very well. This was highly recommended by the American H and C technician that provided my yearly maintenance. I would recommend this system and American for anyone with a two-story residence and only one heating/AC zone.
