I went for a simple tooth extraction I been to some out there dentist but this one takes the cake came 30 minutes early waited two hours to be seen on dirty equipment you come to a place expecting cleaning standards that are completely non existing only to wait another hour to receive five minutes of X-rays and be told they couldn’t do anything this place is a disaster and I’m being nice when I use the word disaster … all jokes aside I don’t care about the service they should at least take pride and clean there equipment

Today was the 3rd time I have been to this dentist. The first time I was there I waited almost an hour for my cleaning appointment. The second time I went I decided to schedule the first appointment of the day so as not to have to wait. My scheduled time was 9:30. The dentist didn't even arrive to the office until 9:45. She then took another 30 minutes to settle in I guess. She didn't even apologize for her tardiness! The third time I went to the office, I arrived 10 mins early for my 4:00 appt. My wife went today and had a horrible experience. She said the x-ray covering that they put on her was filthy and unsanitary. She wanted to support a black owned business, but will never return to that filthy place again.
