“Kevin (I think that's who it was--it was him who called me to describe the work that was needed) came when he said he would. I was not present as this is a rental property and I don't live locally. I had used Root-Rooter before and was satisfied with their service, so I called them this time. The issue was a flood in the basement that knocked out the gas pilot which also runs the water heater. This was in August so no heat was needed but hot water was.“
