great owner, horrible experience with the collision shop. They had my car for one month and it sat with doors unlocked. They promised a detail and then said they do not detail. Kept me on hold for over 20 minutes, and did not have a voicemail for mgr that was set up. Called me a disparaging name. I am 70, disabled, and treated horribly. Barstow Collision called me early this morning twice with no messages. Then yelled when I called them back. I have never been treated so horribly by a company in my life. They were supposed to put on my snow tires and I agreed to a time. Then collision called me back furious. Telling me they do not have a tire-changing machine in their shop. I could go I went 4 weeks without my car. Funny how they got to it at the end of my rental agreement? lol. on They blamed me and my claims examiner for them having car in lot for weeks unlocked. I cancelled the tire change because they acted like it would inconvenience them. I offered to pay for changeover. horrible stressful experience for 70 year old disbled men
