“Priority plumbing replaced my failed and irreparable heating system quickly and efficiently for a reasonable price.
The only weakness they have is that Priority doesn't have emergency weekend service, although I have been advised that they are working on that issue and should be ale to provide weekend service by the next heating season.

This is an additional review. We needed help with a leaking toliet. This is the second time we have called MJ Plumbing to fix a problem. Their service is always first rate. Jacob arrived on time (This company will text you a reminder of the date and time several days in advance and then as the rep arrives) Jacob diagnosed the problem, fully explained the solution and gave us a written estimate. He is friendly, courteous and really knows his stuff. We highly recommend MJ Plumbing.

“I called Joe on a Sunday night. I was lucky that he answered right away! He offered to come right over to fix a clogged shower. I explained that we also had a dripping faucet in that same shower, and I had determined it needed a new part. He said to send a photo of the faucet and if we could wait until the next morning, he could make one trip and save us time and money.
He fixed everything for a reasonable fee. We plan to have him back! He has a team that can do renovations too I saw photos of a recent bathroom renovation, which he helped design, and it looked gorgeous. Joe loves his work!“

“I have a large city owned tree in front of my house. I call companies yearly to snake my sewer line to prevent backups into my home. For the past 2-3 years I've had 2 backups per year- this was abnormal. After my last back up I decided to call another company to clear my backup. I was told that its soap grease. I'm not a plumber but if this is the case, there would be flooding all over NYC. I then decided that I wanted someone to look in my sewer line and check for any obstruction. I called other companies and I was quoted $1,500 to have a video of my sewer line done...ridiculous and unaffordable. Then I found Will Do Plumbing and I was given an affordable alternative...photos. I was able to watch the plumber go through my sewer line and view the video as it was being done and take photos . The roots were thick and took up half of the pipe circumference. They were able to pin point the location of the two invasive roots from this city owned tree. I walked with them outside and they showed me the areas that had blockage. I rescheduled another appointment with Will Do Plumbing to have these root branches taken care of and the price was less than the $1,500 I was quoted by other companies to just have a video taken. My experience from my initial appointment call to the office, the plumbers showed up on time both times, they were very respectful of my home and discussed with me everything there were doing. We had an emergency situation, Tim sent his guys right away and it took them only 10 minutes to accurately diagnose the issue with our sewer pipes and fix quickly. Prior to that, they installed digital thermostat for my heating system. Every time I call them, they do amazing job, and they always take their time to explain everything to us. “Excellent customer service! Our water just stopped running after 6pm one Saturday night and I searched on Angie’s List. We have a well and my husband had already tried replacing some pump switch and it didn’t work. Park Plumbjng and Heating called us within 20 minutes, asked a few questions and walked us through a common electrical fix and it worked! They were super informative and they could’ve just scheduled an appointment to come out but instead were very honest and forthcoming about the probable issue.
