I have been a customer of this salon for several years now and they are truly the best in the business. Cosmo is a simply a hair GOD. Everyone is so kind and friendly and the stylists are all incredibly talented. I would give this place 5 million stars if I could. Highly recommend!!!

I come all the way from Queens to see Marina. She's great and very attentive. She understands my hair woes and gives great advice. Also, it's a significantly better price than anywhere in Queens/NYC.

I have been going to Shine ever since it opened and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Besides being such a warm and friendly place, the colorists and hairstylists are top-notch. I highly recommend Shine to anyone who wants superb hair care!
