Love the results I have seen from Inform Fitness! Jon/Adam/Gillian have all been wonderful with scheduling and keeping me on track. This is a very achievable way to stay strong and lean. Just a half hour a week and I have seen results in my overall strength and particularly for me on the tennis/paddle courts. I'm not going to say it's easy, because for that half hour, you do work hard. But I definitely feel the pay-off is worth it! Thank you Inform Fitness.
You won't get a better or more efficient workout anywhere. I used to go to a local gym, but then they were all shut down. In Form Fitness to the rescue.My workout is done via FaceTime. (I'm in Boston.) With some rudimentary home equipment and Adam's guidance, I have gained quite a lot of muscle and strength. It is much better than when I was going to my local Y and using their machines. In fact, after the first session, I could barely walk! I have been with Dan at Inform Fitness for about 8 months or so. It is by far the best break in my entire work week. No need to shower or change. No extra bag to carry. And it's a solid workout. Couldn't be happier with how much stronger I feel.Jillian is my personal Rockstar when it comes to shift my appointment around when meetings run late ans I need to adjust my appointment.Love this gym!
