“Excellent staff/workers! Kleenup Restoration came out right away. Ahead of the 5 hour window after a terrible flood affected my home! They worked all day long from Sunday until Wed/third. “After hurricane Ida, my roof leaked a tremendous amount of water into the vacant 3rd floor unit of my apartment building. The damp drywall sat in the humid heat for weeks before I could air out the apt. By that time it was too late. You could smell the mold in the air. Testing confirmed it. I had new tenants in moving in and called The King. He was responsive via phone We negotiated a price and time. He came exactly when he said he wound and performed the controlled demo and mold removal from the studs as promised. Quick cleanup on the demo with his crew. Left the air cleaning machines for 4 days even longer than the 3 as agreed . He even adjusted the invoice after the fact to itemize per my insurance company’s request. The mold testing post-remediation came back significantly lower.He got the job done. Five f*cking stars. Bravo sir.I appreciated doing business with David.
