I'm a longstanding customer (20+ years) for sprinkler service through Cow Bay. I made an appointment on their website, having been encouraged to do this by the voice message I received when I called them. After waiting two hours for them to show up, I called. They said they didn't have me in their system. They asked how I made the appointment. When I told them I used the website, they told me that was the problem: that I shouldn't use the website or, if I do, I should CALL THEM (!) to tell them what appointment I've made. When I pointed out how ridiculous that sounded, I got the verbal equivalent of a shrug. No apologies. I'm looking for a new sprinkler company.

This company hired my company for Gps installs & units. We are now into year 2 with no payment what so ever. I see this has been done to another company as well. How can you run a business like this . Wish I could have given no stars as well. DO NOT USE OR DO WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE. Dispicable

This company hired my veteran owned security services firm for a project at the train station in port washington. We responded within hours for a request and provided great service. 4 months later they refuse to pay the invoice and will not respond to any emails or calls. Do not use this company.
