“I recently used the services of Clearview Roofing and Construction from Port Washington. The company had been recommended to me by a family member and I must say that I was very satisfied with the job that they did and the timeliness with which they were able to complete it.<br>I was in need of a new flat roof and Eric [the owner] sent out two of his crew members to come and inspect and measure the site. Within hours, I was emailed a contract with all of the information about the job to be done.<br>I had to opportunity to discuss a few of the details on the phone with Eric and I found him to not only be very accommodating, but also a very affable, funny guy.<br>The job was supposed to take one day to complete but unfortunately an afternoon downpour put a halt to it. In spite of the delay, the roof had already been prepared and was fully waterproofed so there was no risk of damage. The following day the job was completed. Eric sent me pictures of the finished product and I was very pleased with both the roof and the clean up. It certainly exceeded my expectations!<br>Kudos to Eric and his team especially Jose, who took charge from the get go and made sure that everything was perfect. I highly recommend Clearview Roofing and Construction and will definitely use their services again if the need arises.“

“Under the leadership of Greg and Linda, we now have two beautiful, expertly crafted bathrooms thanks to the skill, knowledge, honesty and integrity of the people at Northern Contracting.<br>After a couple of initial meetings, Greg developed a comprehensive contract that reflected our vision for the outcome we wanted, and that had the specifics of the job spelled out and with a timeline once the work was to start. The work was completed within the proposed timeline and the contract required minimal changes, which means that the proposed cost for the job was accurate.<br>The workers who did the actual gutting and renovation, kept to a daily schedule, were polite, non-intrusive, hard-working, knowledgeable, trustworthy and cleaned up at the end of each day. The foreman gave us frequent progress reports and discussed with us any decisions that had to be made. The subcontractors (electrical and plumbing) also came when scheduled and performed their work skillfully.<br>The office staff (generally Patty) were always available by phone. They answered questions, gave referral of vendors, worked with our town to obtain the necessary permit and helped when there were questions that required immediate attention from the foreman or Greg.<br>We had a superior experience with Northern Contracting and would use them for our next renovation! The bathrooms turned out better than we had thought was possible.“
