We've used Ted several times. He is honest, and more knowledgeable than the other services we have used. He stayed with the crew, and the work on our trees was fantastic.Service: Tree trimming & pruning

When I lived on Long Island I used Bear Tree Service for all my tree pruning and removal. Ted Klumpp has been in business for decades, is an expert arborist. He is a professional and his work is a perfectionist and is unparalleled to any tree service on Long Island. I highly recommend Bear Tree Services ?

We had unexpected snow the day before the scheduled appointment. Ted called and gave us a heads up that he will wait until the next morning 7:30AM to give us Go or NoGo, depending on the how much snow we'll end up. Ted called at 7:30AM (as promised) and said the crew will arrive at 8AM. We had 1 inch of snow. Ted was very clear what can be done that day and what has to wait until snow melted. Ted and his crew are professional, efficient, and friendly. They were communicative throughout the entire project. We had a lot of bushy, tall trees and shrubs that needed to be reshaped.
