It has been taking contractors a longer time to get parts, so the start date was pushed, but once everything was ordered and received, Allen started the work with his crew. They cared about what I needed and were willing to adjust, offer suggestions, and share concerns with my original requests once work started. I feel I get a fair deal and mattered to this company. I will not go into details about the situation, but i must say i am very pleased with Port Jervis Electric. They went above and beyond to exceed expectations. Would recommend them to anyone who needs assurance picking an electrician.
