Brought my pc in and they fixed it to my satisfaction and request. Owner is super nice and knowledgeable 5 stars!! Will bring back in future if I ever have to again. I asked to make my pc like it was when I got it and in my opinion they made it even better i9 rtx 2060 super intel optane acceleration and Samsung ssd . When I got it from hp they would only add hdd to intel optane so I thought it had to be replaced with hdd. Owner of shop said you can use ssd so am glad cause I probably would have never known. Donald was VERY helpful! He is VERY knowledgeable in what he does and I have to say quick! He’s a very personable person. So very nice and caring of my situation. This is the first time going and and if I have anything need to be done he’s right there and right on pricing. He cares about the customer before he makes the money!! Hopefully I won’t see you soon but if I do you are the guy for me!THANK YOU DONALD!
Donald and Izzy (I hope I am spelling this correctly) were AWESOME to work with.My father was visiting from South Florida last week. While I away for a few hours, my Dad managed to fall into a hacking scheme. He had a lot of anxiety around it. I called OneStop and Izzy went above and beyond in answering my initial questions. We came into the shop the next day. Donald reset my Dad’s computer and was VERY kind and patient in answering all of my Dad’s questions. I feel like we both learned some things in the process.In summary, I highly recommend One Stop for both their technical expertise and their extremely professional communication and kindness.
