After 6 years it's time for an update, I love Dr. Balbour, she is amazing, but the office leaves a little to be desired. They still make you wait outside like it's 2020 and don't examine the animal in front of you. You get to the office on time but they make you wait outside for 26 minutes (literally) only to come inside and wait for twenty minutes more, only for them to come and take your pet away from you. I dunno, I'm quickly becoming not a fan. I swear I've seen people arrive after me and go inside before me. Maybe I'm expecting too much, or maybe I should just arrive 20 minutes later in the future“

He will explain options while stearing you toward the best one for your pet. Even offered to train us so that we could hold our cat the right way, in order to get a pill into him when at home.“

“Highly recommend. Use to take my pugs there for all the vet needs and was awhiles taking care of. Unfortunately my pugs passed. I have a pitbull now and was using another vet until my dog was in so much pain she couldn’t walk. That vet told me they can’t get her in for two weeks and if she’s in that much pain she can be on the waiting list. Minded I wouldn’t be calling if she wasn’t in pain. I brought her here the whole 6 years I’ve had her so far minded. . Called dr templeton office and they asked me about my dog cared about how my dog feels and her pain level didn’t have an app to the next day but the lady Lauren understood my dogs needs called me back and got me in the same day. Now my dog is up this morning walking and happy. And I can’t be more grateful and thankful. 5 starts all around. Everyone should bring their pets here.“

Towne Line Veterinary staff, especially Dr Corso and Meaghan, have been extremely accommodating in addressing Skippy’s needs and my concerns. When he wouldn’t eat last week, I reached out and they told me to bring him in right away. The compassion that they show for our fur babies is amazing and very genuine. “I really cannot say enough good things about this place. A different vet right across the highway was extremely rude and judgmental about my poorly bred rescue dogs anxiety, that I’m working very hard on with a professional trainer and daily medication. That place wouldn’t evaluate him with out a heavy sedative (which I did let them do because I figured they knew what’s best). But since finding this vet from our trainer a few months ago, I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. They are amazing with my 8 month old boy and the doctor said my dogs fine and there is no need to sedate him. very honest people who really care about animals.
