First visit-saw NP Kaitlin. Very thorough, explained everything-very good. BUT I was kept waiting in the waiting room for 30 minutes past my appointment time. I was the only one in the waiting room. No patients were leaving or going in. Then I waited another 10 minutes in the exam room. I was ready to leave.They ask for your credit card info on the intake forms, which I did not like.Medication prescribed was not covered by insurance so the next day, I called the office twice to get the doctor to change the prescription because I was having a fair amount of discomfort. Also called the pharmacy twice. First the office said they would get the doctor to call the pharmacy....read full review
