“Let me start off with saying Olivia is the sweetest, most genuine and trusting person out there. She was recommended to me from a friend. I have horribly acne prone skin and I came to conclusion for the last few years that this is my skin and no matter what I try/do, I will just have to deal with it. It wasn't until I connected with Olivia that she reassured me she can help me. At first, I was so nervous because I've had nothing but bad experiences with facials. But Olivia talked to me for over a half hour before we even started to address all of my concerns and questions. It was so comforting and reassuring. Once the facial started we had amazing and funny conversations and she walked me through everything she did. After she was done she gave me complimentary fiji water to make sure I was hydrated after laying down for over an hour for the facial. She took her time and it was by far the best facial I ever had. After 3 days my skin was baby smooth and SO CLEAR!! It's only been one month since my first appointment with her and she has TRANSFORMED my skin. My acne and texture has significantly improved. She started me on a very specific regimen with her recommended products. I just revisited her for a second time today and she tweaked a couple things with hope to see even more progress with my acne. So far though, I am so beyond happy with the results. Olivia truly goes above and beyond with her services. My wedding is coming up and I know she will have my skin exactly where I dream for it to be!! I can't recommend her enough. Her location is easy to get to, spacious parking lot with such a zen and beautiful, clean vibe. Her work is outstanding and I cannot wait to work with her furthermore to keep transforming my skin!!“
